SERVICE ONTARIO / MTO  has a  form  you can ask for  which explains the requirements ... ITS QUITW SIMPLE  !!!! 

Even simpler > Find SERVICE ONTARION with a  COMMISSIONER of OATHS & go there ...You will have ownership in minutes .....Any problems  >  GO to another MTO office  because they don't  all know  what they are  doing   !!!!  Again >  a Commissioner of  OATHS  makes  it  easy 

I have been doing 1 or 2 each year for restorations, mostly sold to a Quebec customer. Bancroft service Ont have been very co-operative with a title search, affidavit etc.

This last 3 months My customer bought 3 derelicts from an ex VRRA member who had a trailer jammed full. You could crawl across the top but see very little. In any case after the first 3 (one of mine), the last got quite sticky and ended up suggesting I find the executor of the deceased last registered owner and have him/her replace a lost ownership...........  I guess they think I have a racket going and put a stop to it.
