An icon of the early 1980’s when the Japanese went all in with turbo charging. This Yamaha XJ650 Turbo is what is referred to in collector car circles as a “survivor”. With less than 12,000 kms (believed to be accurate) it is in very good cosmetic condition. It hasn’t been dropped and the plastic is in very good condition. Mechanically, yes it runs. The carburetors have been recently rebuilt including ultrasonic cleaning. It will need tires – it’s currently sitting on Pirellis from the ‘80’s. Brakes work but need to be properly bled.
