I'm  told  it's  a Harley Dutch Shoe  Sidecar  .

 It came with a  23 Big Chief [ sold ] but it wasn't attached . So I'm not sure of vintage '

It has a  solid  CHASSIS [ stored in shed ]   > frame  wheel [ no brake  ] & fender .  

The TUB [ stored outside covered ]  has  big rust [ soccerball size ]  holes .
