    I have an 2006 ultra classic with a champion legend car and will need new tires front and rear this fall. What tires would be good and anyone using car tires.

    For my Ural side car rig I have used Duro's, and I recently bought Heidenau's that I have to mount for next season. The Duro's have been okay, whereas I thought I'd try something different.  When I was last in motorcycle school (2019) the instructors and manufacturer reps said to never use an auto tire on a motorcycle wheel.  The shop wherein I was pulling wrenches in 2020, its owner had me 3x mount auto tires on customers  motorcycles, because he has used them himself on his own  motorcycles.  They required a lot of PSI to get the bead to set. I personally if I had my own shop would never recommend to a customer. And I would never use an auto tire on any of my motorcycle wheels.

    never say never, sidecars on the track often use car tires, or else specialty tires, no idea if the "Dunlop snows" are still made its been a while.  The European manufacturers provide "sidecar tires" meant for the job. I used car tires back in the 60's on the first rig this side of the pond with car wheels. The wear factor may help decide as specialty tires often wear much quicker, more traction with softer rubber.
