Like many of us, I have too many motorcycles, and I need to sell my Thunderbolt. This bike has approximately 28K miles. The clocks were new a few years ago, but I had the odometer set to the correct mileage. Wiring was re-done with a new Lucas wiring loom in 2019, and new tires, brake shoes, and a Tri-spark ignition installed at that time. The battery is about two years old. The bike runs and rides very well. The only mechanical issue I know of is that it could use new fork seals. Like all unit BSA twins I have encountered, it wet sumps if you leave it for more than a month.
