These very cool motorcycles were a collaboration of Japanese and American ingenuity.  They are not made any more. 

There's a rally and parade in Oregon every year to celebrate these iconic  motorcycles. 

I ended up with this bike from my father in law, the orginal owner who purchased it brand new in Texas.  I have bill of sale and original ownership. 

I don't believe there are many in Canada and if they exist, they are mostly out west. 

There's a Hodaka group on Facebook where enthusiasts share information. 

Mileage is 1009 miles.

Has been stored indoors it's entire existence.
