Oops I did it again

Maybe because it is new to me, I was motivated to begin work on this GT185. I began the tear down and clean up phase. It just might be my favourite phase because I can't screw this up. As well as the airbox, I see that the oil tank and speedo cable are missing. The seat is in bad shape. The gas tank is rusty but salvageable.

I'm lucky to have a nice neighbour who lets me store and work on a bike (or 2) in his garage. :)

    Frank,

There must be a medical term for the affliction we both share!!

I thought you already were working on a GT500 as a long term project. Only difference between us is that you seem to making progress. I am still at the phase of looking at them and working up a plan on where to start!! I'll have to stop planning and just do!

    1985 Suzuki GT185, 6800 miles

Long term project. Rusty but mostly complete.

Complete tear down. Motor is coming out but hopefully not apart.

Motor is free and has compression. Ran last year.
