Transferring a bike from Quebec to Ontario

I am in Ontario and am looking at importing a bike from Quebec. It is currently registered in Quebec "for storage only", meaning it is not plated or certifed/inspected. I haven't seen the Quebec form of registration, but I assume the seller can sign it off to me. I will also get him to sign a bill of sale. Will this be sufficient to get the bike transferred to my name in Ontario? If so, I plan to get it certifed and then plated here.

Another question It is whether I should be  concerned about liens on the title in Quebec. That province doesn't have a UVIP like we have in Ontario.
